Nursery room at T3

Ever since I arrived in Dec, everytime my parents bring me out, they will tend to look for shopping centres or places which have nursery/baby changing rooms for my convenience. Last week, they brought me to Changi Airport Terminal 3 for a walk and when time to change my diaper, they couldn't find the baby changing room (fyi, we are first timers to T3, hehe), mummy checked up the directory and couldn't find it, they only show this not only on the directory but the various signboards as well:


And since I start to "sing", so mummy suggest to put me on the chair and change the diaper.


After changing, mummy's still not giving up, she and daddy walked the whole of T3 till they found this in basement 2 which is near to watson (near Kopitiam):
